@Patrick, yes it is an ATM withdrawal. There is also no Transaction Reference number as is the norm in the SMS alert. The amount debited is not a whole figure - the customer care lady told me that this is because it was withdrawn in TZ currency but converted to KES hence the decimals in the withdrawn amount.
