I echo Ben's sentiments. I once got a very brilliant intern from here who had been a lurker and just came across the words 'I could consider interns' for Techweez. 

What you did could easily be added an -ism or another.

As long as we don't have trolling and/or bullying I think it's ok having a lot of people because that diversity is what makes it work.
