There really isn't much to it really. Any dns unlock or smart dns service will get Netflix, hulu and other US only services working. You just set your dns server to what your provider gives you (unblock.us, cactusvpn.com etc) in your pc, tablet or device. You will probably have to pay a monthly or yearly fee for the service.
