I see your budget but please know that some of these organization we work for are old and it takes a lot of time to change things. Again this is not a Salary and hence most organizations will shy away from anything that will go to Payroll(above 14k = Taxes) not to mention it's a win win situation both for the student and the Organization.

Personally I would pay better if I had the $$$. What would you recommend for Tursker instead of Kane Extra/Keg? :)
