Graduate Trainees
Turnkey Africa Limited is a leading provider of enterprise technology solutions and services, focused on achieving the unique goals of our clients. We are currently seeking experienced software developers with experience in Java and PLSQL.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in new and existing product and feature development across 2.multiple development teams.
3.Providing software maintenance and development for the application implemented in Java, Oracle Forms & Reports
4.Creating or update technical system documentation including design documents and installation instructions
5.Performing unit and system testing
6.Attending customer meetings
7.Adhering to established polices and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of projects
8.Make recommendations to enhance and coordinate programming activities and standards to be used for all software development throughout the company.

Education and Qualifications:
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, from a reputable university, in software development and relational databases.
• No prior experience is required

• Professional Skills and Experience:
• Fresh Graduate
• Strong programming skills/knowledge
• Practical experience in Interpersonal and Social Skills required
• Understanding of insurance business
• Strong focus on customer support
• Commitment to team work and co-operation
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to Perform software development tasks in a professional and effective manner
• Accepts personal responsibility and has high ethical values
• Ability to work within a matrix environment

Other Requirements:
• Candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and be prepared for frequent travel
