Dear Madam/Sir
Please find below the qualifying conditions and also find attached Visa Application Form.
Mandatory Documentations Required
1. Application Form duly signed and complete.
2. Original passport should be presented upon applying in addition to the passport copies of passenger with all relevant pages. (Full Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Passport Number, Date of Issue, Date of Expiry-validity at least 6 months)
3. A copy of Emirates reservation indicating the day of entry and exit at Dubai (PNR). Reservation more than period of visit/transit will not be allowed.
4. Two passports sized colored photograph.
5. A copy of cash deposit slip for the visa fee.
Eligibility Criteria:
Passenger needs to qualifying in one of the conditions given below:-
· Documents required for Skywards Silver and Gold Card Holders
1) Original and copy of Skywards Silver and Gold Card
2) Medical Insurance covering the period of the stay in the UAE is recommended (not compulsory).
OR
· Documents required for Frequent Flyer
1) Applicants having travelled at least once in the last two years or holding Valid Visa to any one of these countries (USA, UK, Schengen countries, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland) with proof of travel in the current or previous passport.
2) Medical Insurance covering the period of the stay in the UAE is recommended (not compulsory).
OR
· Documents required if applying through registered IATA Travel Agent:
1. Guarantee Letter from Travel Agent on the Letter Head mentioning each Applicant Name and Passport Number.
2. Medical Insurance covering the period of the stay in the UAE is recommended (not compulsory).
Note : It is requested to provide us three authorized signatory with stamp from each agency on the letter head to verify the genuineness of the application submitted.
OR
· Documents required for Direct Passenger or Non IATA Travel Agent:
1. Job Certificate - Recommendation letter from Employer, mentioning the applicant's position, duration in service and salary per month.
In case of businessman - proof of business (registration, City Council license etc.)
2. Bank Statement - Last 6 months
3. Cash deposit of USD200/- to be refunded on proof of return within visa validity and proof of travel in and out of Dubai on EK.
4. Medical Insurance covering the period of the stay in the UAE is recommended (not compulsory).
5. Copy of a major credit card (If available)
VISA FEES:
1. Tourist visa-6150 Kenya shilling
2. 96 Hours Visa- 5000 Kenya shilling
Note:

Note: We accept application on Friday and Saturday as well. Also note Dubai Immigration (UAE) is closed on Friday and Saturday so no visa is processed.
