[Skunkworks] Any Browser Guru's out there?

So, Got a question for you8. I cannot for the life of me figure this one out. My browser(s) including Chrome shows text like it was written in Windows Paint! WTH?? Anyone know how to resolve this melodramatic scenario? * WATCHI!* -- ...and I shall shed my light over dark evil. For the dark things cannot stand the light.
