[Skunkworks] SAFARI COM HAS BLOCKED CALLS FROM ZAIN - so the saying goes

If this is actually true .... This is the most unfair and anti competitive underhanded tactic - i cant make no calls across.. And in truth - there really is no harm to safcom cos if they have e.g 6 E1s dedicated to calls from Zain , and these E1s are not full - why block them if they are not affecting the overall network performance ??? Its not like more calls are suddenly going to hog extra E1s or resources by themselves... Can anyone confirm this ??
