Progressively roll out free WI-FI in major towns within the next 5 years. - . is point 5. Was actually looking for this info for some other research I am working on otherwise thanks and no wouldnt depend on free wifi, I buy 8 gb bundles on my phone, have broadband at home and in the office.( with heavy luo accent)
