I've been buying 1GB bundles (KES 2,499) and sometimes by the end of the calendar month, I still have like 300MB remaining which then just disappears into Safaricom's coffers. 1GB at 2500 means KES 2.5/MB. Losing 300MB means I forfeit KES 750 to safaricom and my line is still active! Why is it so difficult for Safaricom to let customers use all the bundle they buy by bringing the balance forward???

I have never actually monitored usage... but I remember a safcom support person telling me that the unused data balance is brought forward, once you buy a new package for the next month... isnt that the case ?
