Hi wash, I recently bought a PCI-E tv card for a laptop, ditched it almost as soon as i got it, tv reception ws very poor. Comes with a nice portable aerial.
The external USB tv box costs abt 4k. Check @ starcom. (starcomss.co.ke)
Do you recommend this external USB TV box then?

Yes, those ones:-) How do I get them to play as soon as the media is loaded/mounted (on Windows XP)?
