that is normally confusing and provide take advantage of it, watch on the key words, like shared, up to....kbs, dedicated. but Washington has good advice so far, ask for a Demo involving you euro colleagues before you sign with the guys but so far dude KDN is NOPE almost an elder brother of Orange/ Telkom

The line quality of KDN is on something called shared network that means you can not blame kdn becoz you don't hv SLA.what you need is a dedicated service its cost like
128-256 =around 10,000
256-512=around 16,000
512-1mbs=33,000
1mbps=55,000
these you are given a direct  line from the isp provider its called premier late service(PLS)

Very nice response there. At the very first instance, I was paying KDN US$ 1,189 for a dedicated 512Kbps link! When Seacom Fiber landed, KDN approached me and gave this "offer that seemed too good" and I subscribed. I was now going to pay KDN US$ 348 every month for the link, which they said is still a "dedicated service" but on Seacom Fiber. At no point did we talk about a "shared" link with KDN.

Am I being fooled by KDN, or am I simply daft?
