I did not use an accelerator. It took around 3 hours to download the 2.8 GB 32 bit version. But I guess when the US guys wake up in a few hours it is going to become slow. Update: Office 2007 works Adobe Professional 9 works Skype does not work (Microsoft/Skype relationship not working) Windows Store not active. Internet Explorer 10 is very fast and retooled.
