I last use eassy 247 months ago and it looked like a system that was based on 2 out of sync systems, MPESA and the Banks . I am still surprised that they are yet to sort that out. Maybe they should consult KPLC, looks like KPLC of late have synced their ERP with MPESA, you pay for the bill and results are instant and seem to come from a comp, not someone like before.
