When I wrote about the "Information Age and what we could do to develop things for the next 20 years or so..", FaceBook creator ( and as engineers ) have just managed to change the world for the better. Reading the various stories out there, this one says it all: Wael Ghonim, the Google marketing executive who was detained for his role in organizing the Egyptian uprising on Facebook.....calling Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg a personal hero.
