personally i think any action that involves suing this amorphous body called the government (currently kenyans have zero ownership of their government), it is all just whining. I think we should look for solutions that have a direct impact on those in charge ot our affairs, for instance, make them culpable for non action as individual ministers and not as "government". 
Let it pay, but be pay and sacrifice to be a minister,
