Hi aki; The problem is usually the question of who will 'tie that bell around the cat' - we have generated many many ideas on forum; but in sooth, committing is a very hard thing; its like adding another hill on your otherwise mountainous schedule. For example,, one may create the website -- first step,,, but since its a new concept, who will go around the country to populate and keep track of these IDPs?? My proposition is - one could approach the Human Rights group; throw this idea to them, keep them involved,, develop the website; and have someone query these Rights groups for updated information to keep the website running and relevant. My 100 cents (=1 shilling)
