It also automatically generates PDF versions of your (proforma) invoices/credit-notes and e-mails them to the client. Your desire to have something "in the cloud" and a one time price is not very realistic, since there is an ongoing cost of keeping "your" solution running for your - hence most cloud-solutions are subscription based (Uhasibu is 1000kes/month).
