I am paying for 1Mb/s dedicated and I used to have a 512Kb/s dedicated link which was much faster than what I have right now. I cannot download a 2GB file overnight with this link right now but I could download the same file size in less than 30 minutes with my previous connection yet we had about 35 users at any given time in the office previously and now I only have 4 users. Allan, Did you raise the issue with your account manager, if not escalating it to the Technical manager? Am sure they would give you assistance.
I wouldn't want to believe that bandwidth issues could lead to your dissatisfaction. I stand corrected though...
