[Skunkworks] Flash Drive cannot open

Hi All, I have a flash drive drive that seems to be recognized by Win but wont open. Says insert disk in drive {drive letter} I have changed the drive letter and path to no avail. Cannot format since it says there is no disk, cannot scan...am trying to ask google but no luck yet! Any help is appreciated. The flash looks fairly new. Thanks Jeff
