@Aki That game uses an engine based on the original crytek Engine developed by the guys who did FarCry. Now the Far Cry guys came up with a complete remake of FarCry now FarCry2 using their New Dunia Engine. I think its based on the swahili word Dunia.

The setting of this game is East Africa (although the black enemies speak with South African Accents.. and at times language, i think they should have used Swahili). The graphics here are more stunning than the 1st Farcry. This Engine takes into consideration Day and Night cycles, weather such as wind rain, cloudy sunny days, bush fires spread and behave according to weather, wild animals on the scene, savannahs, deserts, forest, rivers, lakes and the physics is awesome. To experience all this of course you need Seriouos graphic accelerators and RAM otherwise it defaults to lower quality terrain and shadows. You need to try it out.

( Pls note some may find the games preview disturbing. ignore links below if you have not played First person Shooter games )

Believe this is the ultimate in graphics and a good benchmark? Water waves, Trees shadows and mega depth details. Quad Core for speadsheet and email use? what a waste ..... :-)

Game story line : The game is based in a future where an ancient alien spacecraft has been discovered beneath the ground on an island near the coast of the East Philippines. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crysis

Youtube quality does no justice to the graphics. ( anyone remember duke nukem 3d, 1996. a funny game it was when pixels showed their squares...)

I don't have CRYSIS but have been following its sequels.
