Hi Washington,

Hi Vincent,

Apologies for the late response.

My request to take this offline was to actually provide you a test SIP trunk to get a feel of the service as we tie up on the commercials.

The late response is normal - Kenyan style.

Please note that what I required has nothing to do with a test SIP trunk. I actually do not need any tests for this. I am looking for a service that works and the provider should be sure they do this. In my case, I am not looking for an equivalent to some services we know of on this forum - which sometimes works and sometimes don't. This is a critical communication service and I simply don't see any room for taking chances.

Basically, the costs breakdown is as follows:

- Set up cost of KES 2,000 for a 5 channels SIP trunk (can support upto 5 concurrent calls)
- Monthly charge of KES 1,000
- 1 Nairobi DID (IP landline)
- All mentioned destinations will cost you KES 1.50 per minute

Which mentioned destinations are these you refer to? I'd like to know what my costs will be for making calls to Europe, the US, Asia... so I'd appreciate a table of rates to the various destinations worldwide.

- Local calling to Safaricom, Airtel @ KES 3.00 per minute
- Rating of calls is on a per second basis (1/1)

Please note that the channels can be upgraded at no extra set up costs upon client's request.

Let's say I take 30 channels. What is the cost?
What are the monthly recurring costs?

I can provide you with a demo if interested.

Not in a rush. I actually don't require any incentive to sign up. The costs will determine whether or not I sign up. The service quality will determine whether or not I stay on.
