In built tool for office365 does it perfectly than other 3rd parties. Used it and did me a 100% email transfer. Tho' i only hard 22 email users with an average of 5000 emails per user. Bravo

You may also right a code at the farm level to do specific transfers, or on SharePoint designer tools, that's integrated with /to office 365.
