U know just because someone came up with something first doesnt mean that someone else cannot pick up they're designs and come up with something better. So your argument(s) holds no water. Just like the mac, the iPhone is good (and largely overrated) but there are other products out there which are far much better than it if only you look. And by better I mean - they come with all the bells and whistles that the iPhone come with, with two cherries on top - they are not locked down - you can get apps from wherever, develop your own and pimp it up with whatever apps, tones, etc you like without needing the iTunes store authorization crap Heck you still cant even use bluetooth to send files!!
