@John, allow me to disagree. When someone does something wrong, they need to know they have done something wrong. Now, if you shut up and "ship out", that someone will continue doing the wrong thing to other people. And i think this is what is meant in the phrase, evil prospers when good people do nothing.

I too received this "lucky" subscription to Ziki, i've preserved that sms to date. I resolved it by calling customer care several times (like 10 times in one hour), being very angry and only short of calling them idiotic morons.

There must be legal ways of lodging a complaint about this.
