UTM is good but will cost you cash trying to keep your LAN sane. Have sensitive services use a different public IP and a different IP for internet access, that why your emails will not bounce because of IP reputation. Check your network, most likely its blacklisted. They mostly use a funny spam filter site. Check with mxtoolbox.com blacklist.
