I totally agree with you on that point. Very true. Like it or not, KDN (and you can substitute 'KDN' here with any other service/product provider) is not obliged to respond to ANY email/thread on this list w.r.t. official KDN matters. If they so wish, they may, but we mustn't think it is our right to have them reply on this forum.
