In this talk about Cost/Benefit let's not be like the mice who wanted to bell the cat. Let's criticise but more importantly let this be practical with suggestions. I have also ditched Suffericon voice. Sasa niko Yuu tu sana, for example.
How practical are our "open choices"? Won't we all sooner or later find selves 'recycling' (esp. mobile) oligopolistic service providers - in the situation of a few sellers providers but vast buyers -> collusion -> cartels-> absent/weak consumer protection -> exploitation-> helplessness (hence new technologies= fantasies)
Am surprised though that Alex Gakuru, who sang Orange praises as far back as a year ago minds that they are improving their speeds.
August 2008, in reference to attached speeds. If a service WAS once good it does not equate to future quality and price paid for. Over last 1 year the service was degraded to less than a third of the initial speed, quality/reliability deteriorated BUT was and still is charged the same price. I have over 35 complaint emails over this service to Orange and CCK complaints office. Consumers have to protect ourselves, especially if continue being failed by others. a.
