Ha! Reminds me of my first programming lesson .... in 1991...... we were only suppose to make the computer print "HELLO" on the screen.......took us a whole day....many of us.....that led to half of the class dropping computer class.......and i dare mention this was in Form 1!

These links should give you an idea of how far we've come in the development of IDEs. Developers have no idea how good they have it with toys like debuggers, watch windows, breakpoints, etc!
