Listers,<br><br><br>I was just going through the <a href="http://www.foreignpolicy.com" target="_blank">Foreign Policy</a> website and in their current newsletter, <a href="http://www.foreignpolicy.com/articles/2009/06/22/the_2009_failed_states_index" target="_blank">Failed state Index</a> Kenya is considered as one of the Failed States.  <br>


Then according to Wikipaedia (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_Failed_States_Index" target="_blank">Failed States Index</a>) Kenya is a country on the verge of being considered a failed state, actually, we are placed on the alert level<br>
