Hi @Ashford, am not aware of an offer on N97s. And I think there are others who are Nokia gurus on the list, but it seems your question about the mobile tv app looking for a bluetooth device may have to do with DVB-H hardware you need, a unit called SU-33W, a bluetooth tv receiver.
