East African Data Handlers - without mincing words - is a very poor company when it comes to service delivery. Worse still, they are always on the lookout to capitalize on one's desperation. Given that not many people have good clues on data recovery, you can imagine what they are subjected to. On several occasions I have had to either abandon an HDD (with the data) with them or seek services elsewhere. Once they realize the extent to which you are desperate (and believe me, everyone who goes to them is, but at different levels) you'll soon realize that you've not visited a service provider out to help you, but an organization out to capitalize from your simple misfortune.
