Then the next time you top-up your pre-paid box, it will deduct the
balance i.e 15,500/- until fully paid. You might top up for 10k and
still have no elec since it will all go into paying your previous
balance. This question is also answered in the FAQ published on
newspapers and also handed out when your meter is changed :-)
