IF at all DSTV anticipated a surge in subscriber numbers in the run up to the world cup, they should have upgraded their systems. DSTV is suddenly behaving badly. They wont upgrade bouquets to premium on time, ATI their systems are down. There have been LONG queues at their Westlands offices with guys complaining about being shortchanged. WTF!!!!!!! :( They've already pocketed the money :( and we need to watch the world cup that's why we paid a hefty $80 when we could have watched the games for free on KBC...... Somebody from DSTV upgrade my account number 42081886 to premium. I have already filled that silly form. its now 72 hours. Anybody experiencing the same problem?
