@Karunyu Thats correct but to terminate the messages via any local provider you must sign an agreement on what you are doing so basically Safcom is involved. About those messages I also got one which wasnt pleasant, and I Agree lets keep politics/religion off this list by all means. Maybe Safcom aint to blame; if i wanted a pile of numbers i would write a script which generated 6 digit numbers starting from 111111 upto 999999 then onto these generated numbers prepend the known prefixes of safaricom, yu, orange etc
Once these numbers are in place, its a simple matter to send bulk sms'es to them.
