In all fairness Dan is part of the solution, he listens to the client and responds to the client unlike some people in support who pretend to listen to the client and then act in a way to suggest either A. They do not have the most basic training on Networking or B. They do not think the client knows what they are reporting.<div>

the way). The customer service system is so bad that even after 
refunding my deposit, they have never collected(oops)... their nano station and
