If I may make a suggestion, send the lister in question an email and an sms and inform them that because they have sought your business through this list of which you are a member, he should resolve the issue within a certain timeline (suitable to you) and that if he fails to respond or take appropriate action, you will have no choice but to name them on the list to forewarn other listers, which you have an ethical obligation to do.
In any case, if this is a genuine case, you should at the very least take some action, if not on this list, then with the authorities.
I hope this sounds like a sensible approach.

@mutwiri I concur. The net effect of this thread is that it is throwing aspersion to the character of listers. As much as I am sure there are scandalous characters amongst us, just throwing accusations around and not naming the culprit on the basis of being a good guy is detrimental and basically malicious.
