If you expect to use the system for long term information management.Like until certain people retire, leave the company and get re hired again then go for heavy duty..the like of Aruti.

I have implemented in Tanzania to some of my clients.

Its real expensive but now they have various ways of charging.we are supposed to go further than data storage systems.You might face challenges when Microsoft technologies change for good.....after like 20yrs to come,but same happens to PHP too....
