1 bit of advice, once you buy a token and it has not been loaded you cannot buy another token - happened to me once, I noticed that it was running dry and bought a token via mpesa, then ran away to Kajiado before loading, and those left in Nairobi could neither buy a new token by any means since I was unreachable for some time :-)

Hmm, that's an interesting one. Wonder what is the purpose of that restriction. To avoid some kind of cheating or technical limitations? So what happen if someone by a token and loose it before loading ? Happen a couple of times to me but with cellphone. Shopping at Nakumatta, I get the receipt and throw it on my way out forgetting that receipt also double as airtime token. Muriithi
