[Skunkworks] Safaricom conning me

This sunday morning i bought 500 mb data thru mpesa. I relaxed waiting for the confirmation message.insticts told me to check my balance when the transaction too long to complete.on checking i found that i had been deducted ksh 1000. Calling safaricom customer care i was met by a rude and condensending customer care representative who seemed to speak to me as if i know nothing about IT. Anyway to cut the story shot as we speak two hours later,am bila mpesa,data bundle and just hatred for safaricom...anyone on this list with enough muscle to escalate it to the relevant parties?mwagiru,alex,anyone?
