It is possible to use the ideos on Airtel. You just have to create a new APN. Make sure your Airtel SIM card is in, start up. You might get an error connecting to your google account but just ignore it for a while.
From the home screen, choose the *Menu*, *Settings*, *Wireless & networks, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names*. You should see something for Nigeria. Ignore them.
Then *Menu*, *New APN*. Give it a Name, and change the APN to *ke.celtel.com *. Leave username and password blank, then scroll to the end and change the APN Type to *default, supl*. Save it and then go back and delete the Nigeria Zain APNs. Then you should be able to connect, but I must warn you, it is painfully slow and the notifications are way too many for your last call.
