In that case, I am undecided. I have used Safaricom WiMAX for Int'l VoIP (VPN Tunnel), and problems are a few times only and they are responsive. I have also used AK's canopy for a long time until they moved me to Fiber. Problems used to occur with BSes, but that is normal.
