[Skunkworks] Website Hosting With Safaricom

Is anyone here hosting their website with Safaricom? If yes, how correct is the statement below: "With safaricom hosting, your website will not run online as they dont support content management systems and database driven websites, they only host websites that are static, this is from exprience from one of my clients who was being hosted with safaricom."
