A salesman from KDN yesterday gave me some "insider information". That they have lowered their prices and depending on the capacity subscribed to, one can now pay $400 per Mb on SEACOM and $250 per Mb on TEAMS.

WARNING: Please verify these claims before making conclusive decisions.

KDN which offers one of the most competitive rates in the country is charging $600 for a 1mb/s Internet dedicated link. Now how does this compare to Hong Kong: The Hong Kong broadband network currently offers a FTTH/FTTB 1 Gbps service for $215 a month and is available to nearly 800,000 households.

Guys, if we are to make ICT outsourcing hub we need to find a way to beat Hong Kong rates.
