Rather than sue.......use that information to look more into your product, for the company I think this is invaluable data.

companies pay PR and research firms millions to get focus groups to discuss their products, with skunkworks they get that for free and straight....

Call me a conspiration theorist, but i feel that skunkworks is becoming more of a threat to many guys in the industry, more because as a tech community, we are able to highlight the errors that many companies have ridden on to squander innocent clients. For that role, we have succeeded with sterling marks. Im curious though, as a forum, what are the risks? just wondering.....

can a really pissed company sue and enjoin everyone in the list?
Does what we post on the list pose a risk of any sort. Im just wondering if a comment made agains this or that company could be used in a defamation case or something.

Is it possible to have terms and conditions that explicitly state that we are discussing this in good faith, and better still, could some lawyer skunk advise if it is possible to have, in the terms and conditions something that basically makes us immune to unneccessary litigation?
