Hi @Bernard, I think there is a genuine problem between users and sellers of internet services. The VSAT contracts have exit clauses just like any other contract, with notice periods. I read the other day that ISPs did not want to sign IRUs with seacom because of a long duration commitment issues, yet the same ISPs say that they commited on VSAT. There are no IRUs on VSAT, so the question really goes down to when? If such a time was commited to ( not 12-24 months ), then Im sure users will be patient. I think SPs who came together under tespok to fight a common cause ( tlk and pressure cck ) now are going to be on the firing end of the same cause. This time around they are going to feel the pressure from consumers, just like TKL and CCK felt at those times. I have a feeling this thing is going to become a big blown out confrontation over time.
