Safaricom should use this as a platform to sort out the issues raised. Take it as feedback on how some customers perceive their brand/network and aim to be better.
Rad, well said.
You cant brush aside a platform that raises issues in a network, in the name of "negativity". If there were no NW issues at safaricom, that site would not exist.
ilovesafaricom.co.ke anyone?

Very Cool RAD!
Democracy=Majority must have their way, but the minority must have their say.
For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.

Thanks @Rad! for speaking volumes I would have wanted to say. Reminds me of Evelyn Beatrice Hall "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it,"

This negative energy argument mystifies me. I believe the constitution entitles everyone to freedom of speech. These people find Safaricom objectionable and are expressing themselves. It came across to me as a mixture of a parody and a forum for aggrieved customers to share.
Safaricom has every right to take them to court if they feel the site slanders them. If they have in any way broken the law let the full force of the law take it's course.
I find the idea that Safaricom is somehow sacred because it is a big company and we have shares in it ludicrous.
I would not mind if it was shut down because it was found to be illegal.
But 'negative energy'? No.
There is no law that says we must be 'positive'. We must be mature enough to be able to take positive criticism in out stride. We must also be able to shrug off unwarranted criticism. Time is very kind to the truth and does not need our assistance.
That's the thing with democracy. You might find others' ideas objectionable but you'd better fight for their right to express them. Or one day your own will be classifies as 'negative energy', an excuse might i remind that dictators are fond of when dealing with dissent.
Give thanks to the Jaramogis and Shikukus of this world who refused to toe the line of 'non negativity' and opened the doors to multiparty democracy.
