- General knowledge of office systems for office troubleshooting (e.g.
printer not working, internet down, internet slow, machine won't boot,
how do I format this document like this, how do I access that shared
folder blah blah)
- Will do some data entry and cleaning up and website updates from time to time
- Should be able to advice on use on Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in basic hardware maintenance
