Hi Good People,<br>
Forgive me if this appears like a double post, but there was a<br>
previous post about Startimes. I wanted to find out if one would still<br>
be able to access local channels when one&#39;s subscription expires. It<br>
was posted a few months ago and &#39;early adopters&#39; were still waiting<br>
for their subscriptions to expire in order to respond whether local<br>
channels would be accessible. Anyone? Thanks in advance.<br>
