I am wondering if this will happen in kenya , i know MS was working with local ISP to do a MS fiber project but that was for schools ...not sure how far it went.

I liked project loon concepts but i've not heard anything about it here in Kenya

Do we have enough proactive internet access projects that can take advantage of these platforms to even reach out rural areas at an affordable rate?
